The job of Medical Documentation and Secretarial graduates, who are especially needed to increase the quality of services provided in the field of health, is generally to ensure that patients enter and exit the hospital or health institution. Graduates of the department who carry out these works regularly and competently ensure that health institutions provide more effective service. Graduates of Medical Documentation and Secretarial, which can be considered a desk job, graduate with the competence to organize, prepare and follow up the documents of health institutions and to archive them. Graduates of the department, who do not directly communicate with patients and diseases, remain in the background and pay attention to the effectiveness of patient follow-up on paper and computers. Graduates of Medical Documentation and Secretarial can find jobs in both the private and public sectors. In short, graduates of the department, which is needed in all health institutions regardless of whether they are private or public, must take the KPSS exam if they want to work in public hospitals. Graduates of the department who cannot be appointed through the Public Personnel Selection Exam can easily find jobs in the private sector.

Courses such as anatomy, physics, pharmacology, medical terminology, and public health, which are required to be known at a basic level by those who will work in the health field, are included in the curriculum so that graduates of the department can gain competence in the health field.
